Christmas Day Lunch £55 per Adult – £27.50 per child under 12 years

A 10% service charge is added to food only £5 pp deposit required until 24th December £25pp deposit required for Christmas Day lunch

 Salmon and herb ballotine with pickled cucumber and a lime and coriander dressing

Caramelised red onion and goat’s cheese tart with rocket salad (V)

Mushroom soup with a chestnut cream (V)

Pan seared scallops with cauliflower puree and black pudding £3 Supplement

Pan fried pigeon breast with a wild mushroom fricassee £2 supplement  

Chicken liver pate with sticky onion chutney

 

Main Courses

Traditional British reared roast turkey with stuffing, chipolata wrapped in bacon, roast potatoes, parsnips and a selection of vegetables with cranberry sauce & gravy (Vegetarian nut roast available also)

 

Braised blade of beef with chateaux potatoes, red cabbage & a red wine and shallot jus

 

Pulled pork and caramelised apple ballotine & pork medallion served with wilted spinach, creamed mashed potatoes and a honey & mustard sauce

 

Herb crusted fillet of cod in a red wine and chorizo sauce with crushed new potatoes and buttered spinach

 

Filo parcel filled with spinach and wild mushroom risotto, rocket leaves and dressing (V)

 

Pan fried Chart Farm venison steak served pink with glazed pear,  potato terrine and Madera sauce £4 supplement
