Tomato soup with croutons and fresh basil

Chicken liver pate with sticky onion chutney and toast

Classic prawn & crayfish cocktail with wholemeal bread

Goats cheese terrine with carpaccio of beetroot with a walnut dressing

Crispy breaded ham hock ballotine with black pudding piccalilli

 

MAIN COURSES

 

Roast Beef, Pork, Lamb or Chicken Breast with roasted accompaniments and chefs vegetables

Nut Roast (V) served with yorkshire pudding and vegetarian gravy

Braised lamb shank with minted mash potato and chantaney carrots

Traditional fish pie topped with mashed potatoes and served with vegetables

Roasted vegetable suet pudding with creamed mashed potatoes

spinach and a madeira sauce

Braised belly of pork with crackling, served with baked apple, honey glazed carrots, potato terrine and a cider and bacon sauce

28 Day matured english steaks served with roasted vine cherry tomatoes, grilled field mushroom, battered onion rings and chips
